Shiren/Torneko are by far my favorite games ever and I'm glad somebody whose a fan who knows the language + has rom translation skills is picking up this project. With that being said I'm having trouble downloading your translation via your mediafire link. The error I'm getting is "NOTICE: No servers are currently available with the requested data on them.
